  13. I have a Multi-Tech ZDX external 28.8 on my Micron PCI 100 pc.  I'm able 
  14. to connect to my server at 14.4 but I can't at 28.8.  I was just
  15. wondering if anyone else out there has had this problem and if so how
  16. they corrected it.

  18. It could be my phone lines can't handle the speed as I live in an older
  19. apartment complex.
